Dispatch tickets for an enterprise client of 12,000+ Windows based servers and virtual machines. Multi-tasking while completing tickets while dispatching to a dedicated team of Systems Administrators. Initial triage work and reassignment of incorrectly assigned tickets. I often interface directly with the customer with regards to specific issues and do initial troubleshooting to attempt to correct the issue.

Level 2 support for Windows based servers and Virtual machines on VMware. Serve as an escalation point for Level 1 support specialists.
