I was fortunate to lead award-winning teams of insurance professionals as well as lead cross-functional teams focusing on the improvement of the Customer Experience. In addition, I moved to the InsurTech space where I focused on redefining the Customer Experience for insurance consumers.I am currently focused on ensuring families and businesses, especially independent adjusters, are properly protected in my role as Vice President of Client Relations at Norwood Insurance in Groveland, MA.I’ve been referred to as an Insurance Nerd, Claims Guy and Customer Experience Fan Boy - I would have to agree!
