US Soccer GR Instructor

Responsible for the management and development of camps, clinics and training programs. Responsible for sales and marketing strategies including the management of coaching professionals, delivery of quality programs, and oversee budgets. Develop and implement a tracking system to ensure all programs ran efficiently at maximum profitability including the collection and tracking of all revenue and costs. Design and deliver a new recruitment and staff training initiative to secure qualified individuals.

- Register all players with: United Soccer League (USL), Professional Development League (PDL), United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and with respective Home Country Soccer Federations.- Verify that Real Boston Rams are in compliance with all USL, PDL, and USSF Rules and Standards- Created payment schedule for payment of utilities and facilities- Secured 2 Off Duty Police Officers for all home games for Security- Creation of Travel Timelines for the Away Matches (7 ranging from in-state to Canada) + hotel and travel accommodations- Direct Supervisor of 10+ interns and 1 Staff Member- Represented Real Boston Rams at community events in the New England region- Establish connections with the other 6 teams within our division (Northeast Division)- Responsible for game day operations to run smoothly varying from having enough personnel present on game days to making sure that stadium is fully functional- Help to run day to day activities in the office- Create and Share organizational documents- Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating intern team- Attend Board, Staff and Sponsorship
