As a Scrum Master I was awarded employee of the quarter for my passion towards continuous improvement, this was an Organisation new to Agile and so enforcing the Scrum Guide was key to its success along with facilitating all the Scrum Ceremonies. Over time the team became more confident and used more advance techniques such as ATDD and TDD.As a Quality Assurance Manager I worked through the Agile Transformation process with the Development Manager. We did this through lots of reading and training before running a pilot project before doing a full switch over to Scrum. This shortened the release cycle from 2 years to 3 months within the first year. By the time I left new features started to be released every 2 weeks. -
