Crm & Service Development Officer
To analyse existing processes within services, and develop appropriate solutions for delivery through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and back office systems. Senior Data Migration Specialist
Lead the data migration programme for the New Core Project to: Provide guidance and expertise in the field to all staff that have to participate in migrating data. In conjunction with the selected New Core implementation partners, be responsible for the planning of the data migration processes for the New Core Business Workstreams, to support the delivery of high-quality, robust and reliable services to the University. To provide expert guidance and advice relating to data migration activity to the IT, HR, Finance, BI and Change workstreams of the New Core project, other service owners and IT Services Application staff. Work with the IT workstream lead, other workstream leads and the selected solution implementation partner, develop and gain sign off for the New Coredata migration strategy and plans for all phases of the New Core systemreleases. Production of data migration plans including resource and budget planning. Ensure that the issue management process clearly interfaces with existingITIL service management processes on an ongoing basis (especiallyRequests for Change and Problem Management).

I scheduled 2nd-line support service involvement in Problem Management investigations and any applicable system changes required to achieve permanent fixes thereafter.I was responsible for a revenue budget (excl. salaries) of between £600K and £700K and a flexible capital annual expenditure of between £500K and £1.5M (depending on what projects were under way at any one time).I also managed the operational standby provision for all force applications, providing 24-hour cover for key systems and infrastructure.
