Result was the project finished on time and with modifications along the way, on budget.2) Second focus was to reduce freight costs and hold freight increases at bay. This was done working with our LTL carriers to bring in new carriers and put pressure on existing carriers to match rates/reduce pricing.3) Reduce packaging supply costs, this was done by bringing in multiple packaging suppliers and negotiating on price to leverage competition in the market to reduce costs.4) Worked with Fujifilm and Fuji Graphics divisions in the US and Canada eliminate independent building expenses by consolidating U.S. operations and Canada operations into existing Fujifilm locations with continued support of color matching and mixing services. -
