I help charities and NFPs create and refine their strategies. This is based on 20 years' experience supporting the leadership teams of many of the world's best known companies, charities and NFPs.I co-founded White Space Strategy in 2005, and helped build it into one of the UK's leading strategy consultancies. Clients included Mastercard, Samsung, Panasonic and Unilever. I also ran White Space's pro-bono practice, supporting inspirational charities including Shelter, British Heart Foundation and Helen & Douglas House. After a successful exit from White Space, I now focus on working in the charity and not-for-profit sector. I believe charities and NFPs need to be purpose and values-led, underpinned by a strong focus on commercial performance, ‘market’ understanding and ‘competitive’ advantage. These priorities can conflict – my experience allows me to help organisations strike the right balance, allowing them to maximise impact and progress towards their vision and mission
