John has managed projects involving a wide array of specialized consultant disciplines, with construction budgets ranging up to $200M, and on projects ranging from urban mixed-use to single-user suburban sites.In addition to regular project management responsibilities, John also manages sustainable design scope, particularly with the USGBC's LEED rating system. He has assisted with sustainable design/LEED on dozens of projects, utilizing a wide array of sustainable design measures.John has also played a role in the integration of CAD/computer technologies with design production and construction administration, and with the quality control process.Prior to his tenure at GreenbergFarrow, John directly assisted in the construction of high-end residential projects.
