As an Investing Partner, I leverage my sales and business development expertise and my culinary background to identify and evaluate potential investments in the restaurant industry. I work with a team of professionals who share my passion for driving growth and innovation in the hospitality sector.Before joining the investing team, I was a Sales Manager at The Chefs' Warehouse, where I led a high-performing sales team that exceeded revenue and profitability targets, secured multiple large contracts with prominent clients, and expanded the market share in the region. I also built and maintained strong relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, and suppliers, and provided strategic guidance and support to the sales team.I have two associate degrees in Hospitality Administration/Management and Culinary Arts from The Culinary School at Kendall College, which have equipped me with the industry and product knowledge, as well as the skills and competencies, to succeed in my roles.
