I have had an extensive executive career with a strong focus on New Zealand business in a wide variety of roles and sectors. Now a professional director, I have moved my career into a portfolio of non-executive board roles to complement active investment in my own business interests. I am a chartered member of IOD and thrive on the challenge of contributing to the governance process. I am a director who is independent but a capable team player, strong on leadership and strategy and successful implementation.I am building my governance portfolio with an excellent range of industry experiences and networks and have built a reputation for solving problems and getting the best for shareholders. I have experience in reporting to a public board and also directorships in small and large private and NZX listed businesses and industry representative groups.I have become the Chair in my latest governance role and am able to bring my experience as an independent director and previously a high performing senior executive, to provide clear leadership and set high standards for the board and management.
