Provide great patient experience. Deliver high customer satisfaction (always friendly and helpful). Develop a bond with patients ensuring they feel welcomed, understood and appreciated at all times. Possess knowledge of packages and pricing, CLCU’s experience, and quality of care. Communicate their experience effectively and knowledgeable in the form of patient testimonials for marketing purposes (Google, Facebook, Website, Utube etc) Overcome obstacles to closing a procedure at above average regularly. Educate and assist patients in selecting services. Monitor sales and inform management on sales trends and purchases. Maintain confidentiality, communicate effectively with affiliates regarding the medical plans and outcomes of their patients. Provide quality patient care, excellent communication, and customer service care to convert patients seeking LASIK into appointments. Schedule LASIK procedure by verifying times with patients, handling pre-admission and consent forms. Send marketing materials post-lasik ie, thank you cards, Animoto video, and Smile Box thank you via email. Discuss with patient their financing/payment options. John Bottorff is the current pitching coach for the Pleasant Grove High School. After playing baseball in high school, he attended Mt. SAC being converted to a pitcher by pitching Coach Marcel Lachemann. He was recruited by several colleges including Nebraska, USC, UCLA, Chapman, Oral Roberts, Arizona and many others deciding of BYU. Pitching during the summer before attending BYU he was offered a major league contract by the Boston Red Sox but decided the timing was not right and wanted to continue his education at BYU. Over the next two years at BYU he had a record of 12-4, while being named to the All-Tournament Team in the Spartan Classic his junior year, the only BYU pitcher to ever do so to this date. After his junior year at BYU, John was invited to play for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots during the summer of the Alaskan League. a great honor. While at BYU he was instructed by former major league baseball pitcher and Cy Young Award Winner Vernon Law of the Pittsburg Pirates. He graduated from BYU in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Administration.After playing at BYU, john went on to play in the New York Yankees organization with various clubs before requiring elbow surgery which terminated his playing career. His pitching instruction was at the hands of the great Hall of Fame pitcher Hoyt Wilhelm.In 2000 John joined fellow BYU team mate Kim Nelson at Timpanogos becoming the pitching coach and help lead the Timberwolves to four State Championships over a 10 year span. John is currently the pitching coach at Pleasant Grove High School with head Coach Darin Henry. The past four years John has helped the Vikings make the 5A state tournament each year with a Region Title and 5A State Championship in 2015. Show less
