I am currently working to increase retail and wholesale plant sales by designing ads, creating and managing an email newsletter, creating blogs and social media posts, photographing plants, and updating product imagery on the website, I shoot and edit videos for social media, document progress of landscaping projects through photos, videos, and written text. Attend trade shows. Conduct teaching tours of the farm on occasion, and help where needed weeding, planting, and pruning.

I have a photo studio in my home and it's designed for travel. I don't do a lot of this because family time is important to me, but now and then I will do work on that side. I have written copy and shot photography for an ad agency and several of their clients, shot photos advertising a local Orthodontist, and even for a Colorectal Surgeon (probably not what you think). I also shoot product photography whenever I get a chance. I've written extensive web copy for an addiction and relationship therapist, and have done proofing for individuals and small businesses. Because my time is at a premium, my freelance work is by appointment only.

Produced web copy for FranklinPlanner.com including banner ads, landing page copy, and product copy for the product pages. I created hundreds of blog posts, and thousands of email campaigns that we sent to a segmented list of more than 600,000 registered customers.Each year I wrote copy and shot photos for seven annual catalogs used in the U.S., Canada, UK, and Australia. (I even altered the English for each country—until we decided that was ridiculous.) Wrote keyword ads for Google, articles for SEO, and blogs for three of our online properties. After several years, we decided to narrow our focus on one online property, FranklinPlanner.com.Produced all product imagery for our own products as well as photographs of vendor products when their imagery was not up to our standards.Refined the look and feel of the brand that is still in use today.Created beautiful product videos for YouTube.

Assisted in the re-Design of Medicare Home Delivery brochures to ensure member privacy.Formatted formularies (approved drug lists) for various plans. RxAmerica was purchased by CVS Caremark, shortly after I was hired. My main job was to keep my team and our projects running smoothly until the transition was complete. For a few examples of the things we did, you'll have to see the RxAmerica job description.

Wrote Direct Marketing copy for several clients including Altius Health Plans, Zions Bank, Sonic Innovations, GE Capital, McKay-Dee Hospital, Red Hanger, Chem Dry, and several others. It was an awesome job until the economy fell down.

I worked as a Technical Writer at Deseret Chemical Depot in Tooele County, Utah. I wrote several closure and clean up documents that were submitted to the state and I updated nearly 200 Standing Operating Prodecures for the work performed there. Since the depot was going through closure, and the budget was altered each year, I was laid off and brought back a couple of times along the way. I picked up a few small jobs in the off time that were very helpful. If you would like to know what those positions were, I'll be happy to share.

I created all marketing collateral for Radix products and trade shows throughout North and South America.Wrote press releases, and articles for trade journals. Designed brochures, flyers, and direct mail campaigns.Radix has since been purchased by another technology company..

Supported accounts including KSL, Nestle Nesquick, UnitedHealthcare and others by performing research for events and product launches, preparing and shipping media kits, clipping services, and maintaining media contact information.Assisted in organizing a press conference for the launch of SportsWest athletic coverage on KSL television.
