Attendance including standard training and military-specific course work including the core combat casualty course (TCCC) at Fort Sam Houston Special Forces training grounds. •Summer ADT program for active duty while in medical school active duty training to include military drilling and small arms training.•Office Development School attendance at Naval Station Rhode Island. •1996-1997: Enlisted Boot Camp Great Lakes Training Command: two month long extremely intensive training for fleet deployment including firefighter training, rescue swimming, emergency medical management, leadership training for fleet deployment, battleship scenario training, and indoctrination to United States Navy traditions. •1997-1998: Pensacola Air Training Command: Accepted to avionic technician training. Training included small scale circuitry repair, P-3 Orion maintenance for active deployment setting, repair of ISAR (inverse synthetic aperture radar), MAD (magnetic anomaly detector) and APS-115 Radar unit. •1998-1999: Brunswick Naval Air Station: stationed aboard for maintenance of trained electronics (classified) and direct service to flight line for mission critical service for fleet deployment. Mission objectives enemy submarine search and destroy along with any enemy vessels within defense perimeter.•1999-2001: VP 26 Squadron (Deployed to NAS Sicily and NAS Puerto Rico) *Deployed for 6 months to NAS Puerto Rico for support with APS-115 radar, classified materials and joint service with associated paramilitary units for cross training on multiple weapon systems. Primary mission enemy submarine search and destroy. •Deployed for 6 months to NAS Sicily in support of Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) war effort, with air support from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). United States Presidential declaration of national emergency was issued given mobilization of the Serbian security forces and the Yugoslav Army. NATO Medal, and Kosovo Campaign Service Medal achieved for successful mission completion.•2001: Honorable Active Duty discharge to attend College and Medical School.•2001-2007: Inactive Ready Reserve Status U.S. Navy: Remained in IRR status in case of need for deployment for critical manning for wartime operations.
