Insurance InsolvencyWhen former attorney general William J. Brown joined the firm, John began working for the Ohio Superintendent of Insurance, acting in the capacity as liquidator of insolvent insurance companies. Beginning in 1986, John has been involved in a host of insurance, reinsurance and related litigation and regulatory matters, taking him to the Ohio Supreme Court on several occasions.
