Accompanied by areal estate buildout and developpment of our India legal entity structure to align with global resolution and recovery requrements. We have realised 100M+ annual run rate saves through aggressive insourcing/location consolidation. Leadership of establishment of the Bank's first technology centre in the Middle East (we are one of only two Banks to have done this, a strategic initiative aligned with development of the firm's franchise in the region Drove a Location strategy to address questions around both fragmentation, concentration risk and talent availability. This resulted in the consolidation into two key centres, and exiting of a third, taking account of CS's scale, maturity and unrealised potential in those locations. Leadership of a successful global regulatory program to respond to challenges that followed the global financial crisis. Initiatives included ringfen and establishment of new legal entity structure in the US together with accompanying stress testing platformTransformation of Investment Banking technology to an org founded on principles of collaboration and cross-asset reuse of technology. This was accompanied by a significant upgrade of the leadership team. A key achievement during this time was delivery of a global regulatory program migrating front office risk from spreadsheets to a more robust application architecture.
