• Co-developed safeguard inventory tool for multiple chemical units. These PowerApps provide critical information when conducting a bypass, decrease the gap of identifying a hazard and highlight the required IPL credits for different HAZOP scenarios. The application was shown to the VP of ESSH and Operations and received positive feedback.• Collaborated with multiple personal throughout all units to create eight chemical compatibility matrices. Matrices showcase hazardous reactions between all the chemicals in a simple format to reduce the likelihood of an accident and showcase potential dangers through a detailed reactivity description.• Constructed a PowerBi report for the leadership team that successfully highlights essential management of change and recommendations. The application increased the efficiency of accessing and understanding MOC’s and REC’s metrics by unit.• Designed a new PSM SharePoint website that included all PSM elements and corresponding documentation. SharePoint gives users across the site access to crucial information for each unit and teaches them PSM basics

• Troubleshooted and implemented a bad actor tool that measures equipment effectiveness and cost management for all mechanical equipment and instrumentation on site. This yellow belt project significantly reduced the time to locate bad actors based on criteria, resulting in fewer unexpected failures.• Assembled a mechanical scope and isometric drawing for a new recirculation line that replaces critical pipework and equipment. This resulted in a new line that includes more safeguards reducing the likelihood of an accident and more production.• Used Autodesk Inventor to create a tool that locks a pump shaft in place when replacing an impeller. Without the device, disassembly would be extremely dangerous, resulting in close calls and impeller damage.• Designed new EFD’s and loop diagrams to display added safeguards and instrumentation connections to a junction box. The project resulted in a new mechanical scope and augmented pump protection to reduce the likelihood of failure

Mcallen, Texas Area

• Tasked to ensure seamless operations of an indoor market with over 110 booths. Initiated new ideas and implemented decisions to increase traffic and cash flow for the tenants and owners. Within 3 months went from 50% capacity to 100%.• Data analysis including both financial and operational. Developed monthly financial reports detailing cash flow and tenant occupancy.
