The structure was based on creating a collaborative sales, retention, and execution process with the goal of creating a fresh and unique corporate partnership strategy. Our focus was to create sponsorship packages that helped our clients teach their positioning, tell their story, sell their products and services, help our/their community, and grow their relationships with clients and employees.     As Director of Ticket Sales, I reported to the SVP, Business Operations, and was responsible for all ticket sales, service, and operations efforts, and pricing strategy for the San Jose Sharks. Our team was also responsible for sales efforts for seasonal and one-off events including SAP Open Tennis Tournament (2003-2013), Siebel Classic Senior PGA (2001-02), Taylor Woodrow Grand Prix of San Jose (2005-07), Olympic Trials Gymnastics (2012 and 2016), Figure Skating Championships (2012 and 2018), Strikeforce Mixed-Martial Arts (2009-2013) and Fight Night at the Tank (Boxing), among others.During my tenure, our attendance averaged 98.2% from (2003-2013) and revenues grew by 87%. This was accomplished by primarily focusing on maximizing season tickets and partial plan sales, and secondarily by strong group sales efforts. Our retention rate during this time averaged 92%. We maintained a full season/equivalent base ranging between 75%-80% of capacity and deployed creative group sales strategies on nights that needed it the most (e.g. less desirable opponents, weeknights, etc.) while capitalizing on individual ticket prices on our strongest dates.I also oversaw and managed the SAP Center and San Jose Sharks database and all Email Marketing efforts.Served as consultant to Ticketmaster during the development of their Pricemaster dynamic pricing tool.
