Our consultants are overseen by and have access to industry experts, renowned faculty, and top-notch academic resources.Charged with assisting the Executive Director for the Office of Global Business in accomplishing its mission statement of educating MBA students to become business leaders while striving to leave a positive and lasting impact on client organizations. Ultimate responsibility for client relationship management, project staffing and oversight, general project direction, quality assurance of final deliverables, and a smooth engagement cycle client experience. Projects with Fisher Professional Services can involve multi-discipline requirements, be completed within a defined time-frame, and have clearly-defined measures of success. • Researched, analyzed and recommended new business opportunities in retirement planning services to senior leadership• Oversaw the execution of four new educational videos and ensured the content aligned with corporate brand direction

• Collaborated with company president to develop both long and short-term business plans and company goals• Developed strategies to cultivate new business relationships and manage business growth in a financially advantageous way

• Served as the Head Merchant across the brands: Abercrombie and Fitch, abercrombie kids and Hollister Co. • Presented future business plans for department to company leadership including CEO• Executed business strategies on a global level with partners in 9 different countries spanning 3 continents• Worked with concept and design teams to more than double department's assortment of outerwear options to meet market research trends while reducing the cost of goods• Developed strategies to widen product assortment, test product profitability, and drive bulk sales purchases to meet internal dates for company financial projections• Negotiated rigorous production deliveries with vendors, reducing product lead time, on average by one month• Strategized with the conceptual design team on future trends seen in the international market to bring to the domestic market ahead of competitors• Built a departmental calendar to complement the corporate calendar and managed merchant and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines were met• Projected priority changes with vendors to capture the highest volume of business based on emerging trends and markets• Managed seven direct-report team members, reaching more than 100 internal employees
