I help start ups pivot quickly and effectively and plan for growth. I prepare them for scale and plan the intermediate steps required. Methodologies include microeconomic frameworks and incentive structures, risk/reward trade offs based on imperfect information and competitive advantage, and optimization algorithms to optimize for growth.
