My passion is on solving challenges faced by Tech Startups. I currently provide CTO-as-a-Service consultancy to drive startups to create the right technical foundations and be better prepared for tech-product-business alignment challenges. I blend business strategy & tech optimisations in my focus to add value to startups, which now ranges from Proptech, Autotech, HRtech, Martech, to FSI and NGO. As the CTO, I oversee product roadmaps, tech platforms & manage high performing tech teams. My career experience includes being the Technical Director in an award-winning digital agency & Martech software company where I had successfully assisted in the acquisition path to a publicly listed company. As the Technical Director, I led business directions, tech roadmap, product vision & go-to-market strategies. I have also worked in organisations including a GLC since the start of my professional career in Malaysia in 2003. Prior to returning to Malaysia, I was a software developer in Florida, USA where I worked in collaboration with National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA). I obtained my Masters in Computer Science degree from University Missouri, Columbia, USA. I am a co-inventor of patented database storage technology & has co-authored numerous published research papers pertaining to web & security systems.
