From designing eye-catching visuals to crafting engaging storytelling, these experiences have been incredibly rewarding.As the Design Lead, my role is to ensure our team consistently delivers high-quality creative work. This involves overseeing ideation, art direction, training, quality control, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere.

In 2018, after realizing my dream to represent my country in a major Esport tournament, I was given the opportunity to be part of Facebook's aggressive growth plan as a Facebook Gaming Partner. As an avid gamer with a burning passion in FPS (First Person Shooter) games, I was creating content and live streaming FPS game titles such as PUBG, CS:GO, Valorant, Apex Legends, Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone.Over the years, I have collaborated with brands such as Razer, Creative Singapore, BenQ Zowie, Intel Malaysia, and MSI Malaysia. After about 10 years in the Advertising and Marketing industry, I took a challenge and jumped into the Real Estate industry. In Vivahomes Realty, my main focus was on the secondary property market, and from there I had learnt and sharpened my skills on direct marketing and sales, closing sales in different real estate categories - residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural land. With the great guidance from my Branch Manager, I had won a couple of Sales Award in within the agency, most notably the Top 20 Negotiator in Vivahomes Realty.

I was the agency’s second employee and hired as a Junior Graphic Designer, reporting directly to the Art Director and Managing Director.Over the course of my 9 years career in this agency, I grew from a Junior Graphic Designer to the Head of Creative department, overseeing and managing the agency’s wide range of clients on the Social Media, Digital Media, Traditional Media, and some Events Management.I am proud to have worked with these brands: Accor Hotels, Apple, BASF, Bobbi Brown, Carlsberg, Crabtree & Evelyn, Eli Lilly, Far East Hospitality, FJ Benjamin (Guess, Banana Republic, Raoul, La Senza, Bell & Ross, Gap), Haagen-Dazs, Hess Oil & Gas, Hotelclub, Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), iProperty Singapore, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Jetstar Asia, Lamer, Machines, SAP, Timberland, United Overseas Bank and many more.I had managed a team of 17 people, consisting of: Account Servicing, Social Writers / Community Managers, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Multimedia Designers and Programmers. I was the very first employee of this local agency. Hired as a Multimedia Designer and was tasked to develop both Traditional and Digital Media projects. Fireworks Solutions’ sole focus was on the Digital Media, ranging from web development, online games, web applications, email marketing, digital animations and presentations.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day development of Digital Media projects.Oversee and manage a team of five on both design and programming.Experiences Gained:Acquired new skills on Digital Media, and was able to develop websites from a brief to a finished product. Explored and learnt web development tools: Macromedia Flash, Actionscript programming, basic PHP, HTML and CSS.Developed and managed Digital Media projects for clients such as:BAT (British American Tobacco), Pusat Sains Negara, Great Eastern Life Assurance

Grace Origin @ Go-Traffik was a startup of 3 young entrepreneurs. Hired as their first permanent in-house Graphic Designer, it marked the start of my Advertising career. The nature of the Agency was on BTL/Traditional work, often working with GLC clients. It was a great learning platform for a fresh person like me. Working with Grace Origin opened up my creativity and love for the Advertising/Creative industry.Responsibilities:As the only Graphic Designer in the agency, I was tasked with the responsibility to accept the briefs from our clients, debrief my management and to deliver creative work in a very challenging environment.Experiences Gained:I had gained exceptional knowledge on design softwares such as Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Macromedia Flash. Being the only creative person in the Agency, all the above skills and knowledge were self-taught through the available information on the internet. I had also picked up on the basics of an Agency’s operations, client’s relationship and timeline management.
