I addressed low utilization of our Midwest cybersecurity practice and little-to-no market penetration in the geographical region. I grew the practice over a period of 6 years before transitioning into other roles. These roles included cyber strategy and governance practice leader, quality and risk manager, encryption, key and certificate management leader, and various client account leadership roles.I built a strategy and market development for the practice with a focus on IT risk, security assessment and strategy, third party risk management, and cyber risk governance. I oversaw capability development, hiring strategy, and practice community development. I directed risk management considerations for the firm’s cyber risk practice, including risk and quality review of statements of work (SOW), engagement letters, and deliverables.I also built the firm’s data encryption and key and certificate management capabilities, including strategy, business and staffing plans, methodologies, and leading go-to-market (GTM) efforts.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Grew revenue by 25% annually over 6 years. I was promoted from manager to associate partner, leading the growth of the practice from the ground up and earning multiple promotions throughout my tenure. I provided deep delivery and competency expertise, leading security technology strategy, architecture, and implementation engagements for a broad base of clients across the U.S., Europe, and South America.
