Recreational Vehicle And Boat BrokerPop Rvs Aug 2020 - PresentChino Valley, Arizona, United StatesI can help people who want to buy a used RV or boat for themselves or sell a used boat or RV to private buyers in most of the United States. If you have either to sell, I can help you create an ad and advertise to an audience all over the US and many buyers in other countries. There is no risk or cost to any seller until we sell the vehicle. At that point, sellers pay us 10% of the selling price. If the seller finds there own buyer outside of our services, there is no obligation. Those wanting to buy either just let me know and I will search close to 3,000 RV listings and 5,000 boat listings until we find the right one. Of course buyers are free to purchase from other sellers, but if they purchase a rig they find on POP, the seller is obligated to pay our commission. The only cost to the buyer is a reasonable $389 closing fee at the time of closing. Of course, the buyer pays for licensing and registration from their state of residency, and some states (like one to the west of AZ) do charge taxes wherever they can!!! If you are looking to buy or sell either, call or private message me...feel free to refer your friends! -
Healthcare And Non-Profit Consultant And Interim LeaderSelf Employed Dec 2018 - PresentAs a successful healthcare and non-profit leader, my greatest successes have come as a result of excellent people skills, strong troubleshooting and analysis, opportunity identification, and leading team efforts. I am anxious apply these skills to help organizations, especially in healthcare and mission driven non-profits, as a short term or interim leader. -
Economic Development & Project ManagerTown Of Chino Valley Mar 2018 - Dec 2018Chino Valley, AzActively worked to attract clean and compatible industries to relocate or open in the high desert, rural community of Chino Valley, AZ. With perhaps one of the best climates in Arizona, not too hot or too cold, a solid workforce, excellent career education partnerships, acreage with utilities and sewer in the Old Home Manor Business Park, easy access to I-40 and I-17, Chino Valley is worth looking at.During my time in this position, I was able to establish the community's first Economic Development program by building industry relationships, planning the development of a Town owned business park, networking in the retail, commercial realty, economic development, and manufacturing communities, while building an economic development marketing plan. I also developed and implemented the first stage of a community dialog and education plan for a local referendum asking voters to agree to a property tax for road repair and maintenance.

Interim DirectorChino Valley Area Chamber Of Commerce Jan 2018 - Mar 2018Chino Valley, AzAfter a four month sabbatical where I worked to help my aging father plan for caregiving, I was humbled when the Board of Directors called and asked me to help them bridge the gap between permanent directors. The prior director left quickly, and I have worked to rebuild membership, attract volunteers, define events, and re-organize and re-energize a chamber that has the potential but had not performed recently. In the short time I've been here, we've added three excellent volunteer lead fund raisers, started bringing in new and past members to the mix, and have changed the effectiveness and value of membership to where it is again a "chamber on the move." I will leave the organization in much better shape when I leave in mid-March to begin an exciting new position in Chino Valley....more to come!

One who left the group returned. In addition, we attracted three new providers including one physician assistant and two physicians. • Collections procedures have been implemented and old receivables have dropped from 26% to 6% with a goal of 2%.• Insurance contract negotiations have resulted in increased pay by three of the largest payers. In the process of dropping payers that are substandard.• Revamped scheduling and referral processes along with increased capacity have reduced referral scheduling to less than two weeks from several months.• Scheduling processes provide more surgical availability by surgeons with less waiting to be scheduled.• Transitioning all permanent providers to productivity based incentives to increase their oversight of schedules.• Continuing to create and revise policies and procedures for consistent operations at all sites.• Managed transition from obsolete, unsupported and defunct EMR to industry leader for dermatology.• Retired 10+ year old computer network and phone system with current technology resulting in a secure, simpler, faster design with multi-site redundancy and automated backup.• Maintained profitability during this period with significant gains in revenue now being realized. -
