Bright Bioservices is a local no-cost whole body donation program specifically designed to support disease research. We place tissues with other bio-repositories and research organizations to advance medicine and scientific discovery. Bright Bioservices is located in Peoria, Arizona and services the greater Maricopa County area.

Governor-appointed member of the ABRC.The Arizona Disease Control Research Commission was established by the Arizona Legislature and signed into law by Governor Bruce Babbitt in 1994. ADCRC’s mission was to fund investigators focused on diseases and health issues that impact the residents of Arizona. In 2005, the Arizona Disease Control Research Commission changed its name to the Arizona Biomedical Research Commission. In 2011 ABRC was placed under the direction of the Arizona Department of Health Services. Lead consolidation/ relocation effort for a large volume blood component manufacturing operation. Directed all staff and project related activities throughout transition throughout a tri-state area. Coordinated implementation of transition project plan with key stakeholders to improve cross functional team communication.

Directed all training and education activities for a large volume, non-profit national testing laboratory, employing 120 technical and non-technical staff. Restructured instructor responsibilities, and re-tasked projects to drive essential departmental improvements. Decreased departmental deviations significantly and improved instructor and overall department performance. Improved instruction abilities of staff and fostered a team environment to increase employee satisfaction. Developed and implemented laboratory-wide Continuing Education Program for staff development.

Assisted in oversight of the total quality culture, deviation management and compliance direction for operations in two of the largest donor testing laboratories in the nation. Quality oversight to include: operational, process, and compliance auditing, deviation management, root cause analysis, implementation of effective corrective action, and hosting FDA, AABB, and customer inspections.
