About Bright Bioservices
Bright Bioservices exists to recover and store donated human tissue to benefit disease research in meaningful ways. Bright Bioservices is a disease research biorepository (tissue bank) that accepts registered whole-body donations after death. We place these tissues with other biorepositories or research organizations to advance medicine and scientific discovery. Bright Bioservices will do everything they can to ensure the gift is matched with the research that honors the donor's wishes. We have also partnered with a qualified surgical education network with facilities located throughout the United States to maximize the gift once the disease research recovery has been completed. We want Bright Bioservices to make a difference. We want our donors to make a difference. We want what we do to make a difference in the lives and well-being of those that will need it the most. It's that simple. We built Bright Bioservices around a simple concept: recovering and storing tissues for disease research. That is what we were built from the ground up to do. However, we also understand that this purpose only serves half of the needs of the donors wishing to donate. Therefore, to maximize the donation gift and allow our program to be free of charge to the family, We will also work with medical education groups to complete the donation cycle. This work is only done after the tissues are recovered for disease research and will not get in the way of that work. Therefore, we added this component to our program, knowing that donors and their families were truly served when we could make the most out of every donation to better serve the needs of the medical and scientific community.
