CREATED NEW OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES FOR GROWTH• Led cross-institutional team to analyze and set the direction for food service operations in several locations, resulting in improved service and a projected $284K increase in revenue.DEVELOPED CULTURAL AND GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIPS • Collaborated with city and county governments as well as community groups to ensure common goals and outcomes for historic sites around the state. • Extensive collaboration with and learning from Dakota and Ojibwe people on arts and cultures issues, particularly with members of the Lower Sioux Indian Community and the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.LED TEAMS THROUGH CHANGE• Provided stability and confidence to staff during an abrupt management transition, and guided the division through a succession of significant budget reductions, reorganization, and then a path for regrowth.
