Here's some thoughts ....■ Achieving sustained success is not primarily driven by skills, experience or knowledge but the real differentiator comes down to having the right mindset with the ability to truly contribute.■ Heard the comment "treat people how you want to be treated? .... How about instead, "treat them how THEY want to be treated". This slight nuance makes a huge difference but takes investment in time and effort to understand others.■ "People are our greatest asset" is an over-used phrase. A business effectively owns assets. They do not own their people. Stop focusing on ownership and instead focus upon engaging and energising others. Always interested in a discussion and gaining new perspectives.
