I commenced my career in Real Estate in 1977 with a very simple philosophy—to establish business relationships built on trust. Opening Cunninghams Property in 1991 with my wife, Ann and this philosophy has being part of our business DNA ever since and into the burgeoning business we are today.Since then my innovative and personal approach coupled with expertise and intimate knowledge of the market, have set our business Cunninghams as a benchmark business in the industry. Our team has become one of the most highly awarded by the Real Estate Institute of NSW and the business is recognised throughout Australasia for its ‘Best Practice’ systems and operations. Our awards are significant and extensive across the past 30 years with the latest being the Real Estate Business (REB) Major Independent Agency of the year 2023.We operate from 4 office locations on Sydney’s Northern beaches at Balgowlah, Manly, Collaroy and Avalon beach so we are servicing the beaches and the Forest area from end to end with a team of approx 80 property professionals, making us one of the largest and most Successful agencies in Sydney.
