Buildings are designed and constructed with the very best intentions in mind, but their actual performance should be tested and verified upon completion to ensure that any mistakes made along the way are corrected. I provide Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) commissioning. My mission is to ensure that building owners are receiving properly installed and operating HVAC systems. I have over 31 years of experience in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide variety of air handling, exhaust systems, ductwork, and fluid flow equipment associated with commercial and industrial HVAC systems. I'm knowledgable of my craft, keeping up to date in my training, and all current trade practices. I possess excellent customer service skills, I communicate effectively with management, associates, vendors and customers alike, even the more difficult ones! I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am able to work independently, however, I also work well as part of a team. I manage my time accordingly, and I can juggle multiple tasks because of my well-honed organizational skills that I've developed through time, experience and professionalism. If you'd like to discuss a upcoming project with me, please feel free to email me at johncurtiss79@gmail.com. I look forward to working with you.
