As a supportive coach/mentor at Right Management, I coach individuals 1:1 and in group settings. Working with people who have been recently separated from their employers, I lead individuals through the Right Management outplacement program, providing encouragement and direction for the next steps. I support individuals in focusing on the job search essentials that are part of the transition process, including resume development, networking and social media, interviewing and negotiating. My focus is always on building relationships with my candidates and getting to know them. With over 13 years of experience coaching and mentoring professionals globally, I am very comfortable meeting virtually as well as in person. I am experienced in coaching individuals from staff up through VP level professionals. Successful landing in a new position is supported by my expertise in realistic skill set evaluation and guiding individuals to develop a personalized action plan which leverages job search knowledge, business experience and market connections. My training includes multiple corporate courses on coaching and mentoring. I’m honored to have been a mentor to multiple professionals over the years. As part of my professional history, I was part of a team that designed a new internship program with the purpose of growing new entry level technologists. I served on the steering committee for that program for 9 years, involved in hiring, training and mentoring new interns.
