As an AYP lead counselor, I was first and foremost responsible for the campers that attended the camp I was assigned. During my summer internship with Pilgrim's, I was given complete control over the Carrollton location's Facebook account with two goals: create content to increase the amount of interactions and followers on their Facebook account, and increase the amount of job applications submitted for the numerous openings that Pilgrim's had in their production plant. In the two months I ran the Carrollton location's Facebook account, the amount of page likes increased by over 450%, and the amount of job… Show more During my summer internship with Pilgrim's, I was given complete control over the Carrollton location's Facebook account with two goals: create content to increase the amount of interactions and followers on their Facebook account, and increase the amount of job applications submitted for the numerous openings that Pilgrim's had in their production plant. In the two months I ran the Carrollton location's Facebook account, the amount of page likes increased by over 450%, and the amount of job applications increased by 63.5%. This gave me incredible experience with running social media advertisements, providing analytics and statistics that follow how people applied and why they weren't excepted, and provided me opportunities to grow as a content publisher for social media accounts.
