After graduating from the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Geography, I joined Odeon & UCI Cinemas Ltd as a Team Member and progressed quickly to General Manager.I took over as General Manager at the Esher site, successfully coordinating a large team of staff and facilitating the delivery of outstanding customer service, which subsequently produced an efficient and profitable business, which significantly surpassed its financial targets.
