• Coordinating with the Facilities team to install several safety measures throughout the brewery, including but not limited to angled mirrors, safety shower demarcation, and light installation.

• Structured an SOP for Loading Transportation Tankers with product and worked with safety to identify the strategic placement of fall arrest systems outside the Pack Hall building.
• Established the new Cellar Training Program by reorganizing training standards, rewriting, and publishing over 50 SOPs in place today while coaching the new training Lead through the new program.

• Worked with the Maintenance team to relabel swing panels throughout the Brite Cellar and brewery to reduce the risk of operators creating incorrect pathways. Closed the loop by providing a training tool for new hires.
• Reworked abandoned infrastructure into a CO2 evacuation system to reduce CO2 inhalation hazard in Cellar 2.
• Voluntarily cleaned the Brite Cellar and Cellar 2 to eliminate black mold and biofilm from the floors to reduce slipping hazards and increase sanitation.
• Designed a Chemical Transfer OPL for filter CIPs to save Stone Brewing money and foster safe chemical transfers between filters.
• Collaborated with the head brewer to perform a JSA on Hot Caustic CIP procedures when pervasive soil started showing up in vessels.

• Reworked Stone’s puree addition process to reduce dissolved oxygen levels and communicated the new procedure to the brewing team.
• Implemented a Harvest Pump OPL to help operators more consistently harvest yeast from different brands while reducing the amount of harvested beer.
• Overhauled cell counting procedures to track yeast growth to ensure a healthy fermentation and developed proper training for the brewing team.
