Senior Manager, Global Strategic Accounts
CurrentI joined the recently set up Global Strategic Accounts division across the EMEAL region to lead the IBM and Red Hat EMEA business, Proserv, Siemens AG, Siemens Energy and SAP Globally (previously leading Dell EMEA, Kyndryl EMEA, Microsoft France and DACH businesses) My role is to work closely with our customers senior leadership team to help them maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of their marketing investment across the LinkedIn platform and associated partners, whilst creating new strategic integrated and innovative ways to reach and engage with their key audiences across the platform to drive business growth. I collaborate with my Global and Regional teams plus a number of cross functional, SOPs and Agency Development teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the businesses, whilst cascading best practise.I am passionate about building strong cultures in organisations which drew me to LinkedIn. They have given me the opportunity to lead the GSA Culture, Diversity and DiBs team as well as part of the SA Global Culture Council and recently accepted the role as Chief Of Staff for Linkedin's EMEA Wisdom ERG. The extensive Learning and Development culture at LinkedIn has enabled my to become a certified LinkedIn Blueprint Coach which provides invaluable skills in leading and managing my sales team.
