I have worked in the SaaS space for a little over 5 years, all of it with UKG. Most recently I stepped into the role of Integration Consultant for UKG Ready and UKG Pro clients. It is an exciting new position for me where I will really get to hone my development skills, and take on a more involved role in the development of product integration solutions for our clients. After reaching what felt like the logical end of my time in product support, I am grateful to be part of a team that I can learn so much from. I can’t imagine how much growth I will go through just in the next year. Prior to entering the IT realm, I worked almost exclusively customer service positions in the retail and foodservice industries. I spent more then a decade of my life folding shirts, lacing up shoes, selling people iPods, and making their coffee. For at least half that time I was ordering product, writing schedules, forecasting, and filling in the gaps when people called in sick.This broad background has given me a large variety of skills and introduced me to a diverse spectrum of people. I feel that these cumulative experiences allow me to relate more easily to to others regardless of their walk in life. I excel at forming relationships with clients and coworkers alike.I spend my personal time on an ever varying ratio of music/home improvement projects/video games.
