Territories include: Brazil, Australia, China, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia & Japan and the U.S.o Responsible for all project work, specification and continued spare part support, reviewing project specifications, testing requirements, delivery terms and quoting based upon the project requirements.o Complete project management from quotation, approval drawing stage, order entry, through production and including coordination of engineering submittal drawings, and final shipment until installation and startup.o Review engineering specifications, equipment selection and establishing relations with the main process plant designers and engineers.o Train and perform presentations to sales staff on maintenance, trouble shooting and assembly of current OEM equipment.o Conduct kickoff meetings upon award of project with customers and their selected inspection companies.o Visit customer locations on a regular basis to insure quality care of each account, personally following up on any required action to exceed the customer's expectations.

o Supervision of four Quality Control Inspectors and Quality Coordinator.o Performed Lean manufacturing training and implantation in various departments.o Instrumental in updating the quality role in the company by installing two automated Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM's), Two portable Coordinate Measuring Arm's all capable of collecting viable data as opposed the old hand gages that were more time consuming and less accurate.o Performed International customer training for repair and maintenance of equipment as well as plant start ups and trouble shooting.o Selected to represent Lewis for High Potential Leadership development training, " Unlocking the Potential of Weir's Next Generation of Leaders" which consisted of working together with other WeirCompany personnel over the course of 3 months to increase necessary skills to advance.o Updated Corporate Quality Policy Manual, Procedure and individual work instruction procedures.o Worked with outside suppliers and purchasing department to establish Defective Material Report (DMR) program which established standards and supplier feedback to eliminate receipt of defectivematerial.o Author of several articles for Industry Magazine, Sulfuric Acid Today.o Lead various Phosphate Maintenance Roundtable meetings from 1995-2008. The largest year had 330 attendees several included international participants.

o All positions were required to serve in a "Sales Engineer" role to better understand the products, installations and gain knowledge regarding the customer base.o Responsibilities included overseeing the overall project review and general parts order sales as well as updating technical brochures and documentation.
