GRAPHALLOY® (www.Graphalloy.com) is a division of Graphite Metallizing Corporation, and represents a family of proprietary materials typically used in tough bearing applications. GRAPHALLOY, a graphite/metal alloy, has exceptional mechanical, chemical, and tribological properties. As a result, GRAPHALLOY works where traditional bearing materials often fail. It is particularly useful where petroleum lubricants cannot be used, for example, at high temperatures and in submerged applications. Graphite Metallizing Corp. has been supplying industrial customers with engineered bushing and wear-ring solutions for severe service applications for over 100 years.
