• Following Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) methodology to provide end-to-end cyber exercise support to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Exercises Team, supporting and executing 30 cybersecurity exercises to completion within last 2 years for Federal, State, Local, Tribal, Territorial, private sector, and international partners to enhance security and resilience of critical infrastructure to include elections security.• Building realistic, challenging, and relevant exercise scenarios that meet strategic and operational exercise objectives, including scheduling, coordinating, and conducting planning meetings and working group meetings on behalf of DHS CISA.• Attending exercises, gathering and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, conducting analysis, devising recommended solutions, and packaging the entire process into briefings, papers, or After-Action Reports (AARs) suitable for executive-level leadership.• Providing technical writing support to CISA Exercises team, including detailed peer review of team exercise deliverables, and documenting processes and procedures into formal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Provided subject matter expertise and technical writing to support DGI Senior Management for acquisition of new Cybersecurity and COOP business through Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) responses.• Supported Department of the Navy (DON), Military Sealift Command (MSC), providing daily direction for continuous process improvement for COOP execution, managing project budget, staff and deliverables for all COOP activities for MSC Headquarters (HQ) in Washington D.C., MSC Norfolk and MSC Commands worldwide.
