• Established and monitored $3.9 Million annual operating budget.• Directly supervised a staff of 15 full-time, 125 part-time seasonal employees • Revived Non-Traditional Revenue segment of business to include non-baseball events; The Jonas Brothers Kick for Change, the 350th Anniversary of Norwich Celebration, Chamber Classic Car Show, UCONN Baseball, 2007 Eastern League All-Star Game (Committee Chair)• Refocused sales and marketing effort, increasing attendance 14.1% in 2007, 8.2% in 2008 and 4.3% in 2009, hosting over 220,000 fans through 72 baseball games and alternate events. • Sold/negotiated, implemented and managed corporate sponsorship partnerships as well as activate relationships developed through the national Minor League Baseball Office. • Manage MiLB licensing (likeness) of player personnel with then affiliate San Francisco Giants and former affiliate NY Yankees in regards to team promotional efforts/products. Coordination included MLB, MLBPA, MiLB and individual player/agents.• Maintained community relations/outreach programs to promote group sales attendance.• Served as lead contact on transition of website to MLB Advanced Media management and development of social media marketing initiative. • Supervised $100K renovation to luxury suite level that increased suite level attendance and hosted sponsor and chamber of commerce events. Suite level attendance grew to 90 percent of available inventory. • Reestablished team baseball camp/clinic program to revive diminished revenue streams.
