Create and implement the vision for the IR Mobile suite, managing the full product development lifecycle. This includes web apps, Android & iOS apps and PhoneGap-based solutions. • Direct a globally diverse team of developers, designers, security, and quality engineers to build and enhance Nasdaq’s suite of web and mobile based products for Investor Relations executives. • Led an effective Agile-based development model to create user stories and lead Sprints and used a contextual inquiry approach to engage clients in product design. • In first year, tripled the number of releases of flagship mobile solution, including a full redesign. Increased users by 170%: product became the number one solution in its industry space.

Managed all publishing and P&L aspects for the $110 million Large Law Division. Oversaw development of software solutions, platform products, Mobile Apps and other publishing activities for key U.S. Legal Practice Areas most relevant to large law firms including: Securities, Banking, Intellectual Property, Antitrust, Labor, Employment and Legal Tax. Managed 20 person team.

Directed all electronic product development activity at the $300 million North American legal publishing division of Wolters Kluwer. Managed 12 person team.Created new, in-house, Agile-based, Technical Development department to build new products.Built and launched 20 - 25 new products annually, including software solutions, platform products, mobile apps, workflow solutions and research products. Generated a 10 fold product output and revenue increase over electronic product development productivity in previous years.

Created and implemented all marketing, brand and strategy programs for this $340 million Division of D&B. Led Web Marketing activities including the $25 million P&L for D&B’s Small Business Website.

Led the strategy and programs for all U.S. group marketing activities. Directed all Public Relations and National Advertising for ADP, including press relations, by-line articles and crisis communications. Managed the ADP brand in the U.S.A. Led a 15 person team.

Led all jurisdictional (state and local) product development and product management activities. Oversaw successful lifecycle management of 2,000+ online (Westlaw), Web-based, CD-ROM and print products. Managed P&L and exceeded $300+ million annual revenue goal.
