In 2007, with the support of my business and family, I stepped out in faith and began gifting Bibles to all who asked. Tragedy hit too close to home in 2014 and my faith was challenged by the death of my youngest daughter. The only place I could find solace was in God's loving Word. Motivated by the memory of my daughter, I established the CityofAgape Charitable Foundation in October of 2015, with the desire to continue freely providing the scriptures to all those that are in need and ask. Over half a million English and Spanish Bibles were distributed free of charge since 2007. CityofAgape, the only local charity in Corpus Christi, Texas, focused solely on spreading the word of God, receives requests from financially limited individuals, churches, schools, care facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, prison ministries and inner-city organizations asking specifically for physical Bibles to study from and share the Word of God.
