CurrentIntel F24 Base build (Jan 2018 – Present)-Design review walks with client and design to give feedback on the design for scope of work during design stage -Generating take-offs from P&ID’s & BIM for procurement of material-Attend & give input at weekly work-group meetings & whiteboards-Development of de-install & Install packages & getting relevant paperwork in order to enable works-Liaising & coordinating works with onsite supervision to ensure high quality & on schedule-Resolving & escalating issues in an efficient manner so as not to delay progressIntel Site Progressive Build (March 2016 – Dec 2017)• Meet & Liaise with clients to determine project requirements• Collaborate with design team to deliver package that reflects the project scope• Consult & select subcontractors during tender stage• Develop the required hand over documentation required for the client Tool Install F24 (Jan 2015 – March 2016)• Liaising with workshop supervisor for priority isometrics & P&ID’s required on site • Procurement of material required on site • Monitoring QA including transmitting of lines and scheduling testing• Answering site queries and liaising with design on issues raised on site, generating of RODs• Generation of Method statements for tasks undertaken on site • Managing Sub Contractor’s and coordination of their works • Attendance of design review meetings • Attendance of daily meetings to outline daily tasks, scheduling tasks & conflicts to schedule • Collaboration of daily work plans with site supervisors • Ensuring that all daily tasks are completed by site supervisors • Coordination between trades on site • Resolving any issues that may arise on site clashes, design discrepancies• Prepare project plans and coordinate with all involved contractors• Oversee work onsite to ensure quality, safety & within the schedule• Design verification walks with design team & client• Develop schedules for the scopes of work
