Reviewed accident or incident investigations to determine root cause and provide recommendations for precautionary measures. Communicated daily with District personnel, School representatives, and all levels of construction personnel concerning construction progress and the associated hazards to school staff or child safety. Participated in contractor safety evaluations for new construction projects. Presented claims and loss information to safety and management personnel during individual and group meetings in both formal and informal settings.

Communicated directly with all personnel ranging from Company Owners to General Labor. Conducted safety-training courses in English and Spanish.
