• Lead a team of 18 employee-owners across four nationwide offices to deliver owner's and tenant's representation and project management for new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement for urban districts, asset managers, performing-arts venues, museums, schools, community centers, Tribal facilities, FAA- and TxDOT-specification runways, private residences, office and residential buildings, and other facilities, specializing in capital and facilities projects, from conceptual planning through occupancy• Conduct schematic planning, schedule and budget development and accounting, team solicitation and formulation (requests for proposal and/or qualification), contract and risk-management support, AHJ coordination, and design and construction team management• Develop new relationships and engagements in varied markets, spearheading new branding and website and marketing materials, processes, and targets• Elected by ESOP Trustee to firm's Board and by Board as Board Secretary

• Designed (schematic through construction drawings and specifications), master planned, analyzed, and provided construction administration on numerous projects, including central utility plants (CUP), combined heat and power (CHP) plants, electric- and steam-driven chiller plants, steam plants, hydronic systems, water and ice thermal energy storage (TES) systems, industrial-facility air-side HVAC, and campus distribution (tunnels, direct-buried piping, culverts, etc.)• Managed multi-disciplinary project teams, scopes, schedules, and budgets across several offices and companies• Interfaced with client executive, management, and engineering staffs• Aided with numerous proposals, scope documents, and developed new relationships for projects throughout the U.S. and abroad• Participated in utility master planning efforts at many universities, hospitals, urban districts, and airports• Conducted life-cycle cost analyses (LCCAs) and cost estimates for various utility improvement scenarios for many campus-sized clients, including GHG implications• Designed energy models in Trane TRACE, coupled with extensive financial models, to evaluate current energy consumption and opportunities for energy and economic efficiency at campus-sized entities• Designed several 3D modular central utility plant (CUP) models in AutoCAD Plant 3D and MEP, cost estimates, and water and ice thermal energy storage analyses for use in the charrette phase for thermal-utility providers at urban, hospital, and industrial districts, enabling clients to experience multiple plant options to determine those that best suit their needs• Led LEED coordination and documentation during the design and construction of a LEED Gold Central Utility Plant• Provided field-engineering support at coal-fired steam electric stations during AQCS projects and condition assessments, serving as owner's representative during implementation• QA/QC Director for Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, and Raleigh offices
