The Projects Group offers comprehensive owner's representation, program management, and project management services to companies, non-profit organizations, and institutional entities needing to augment their internal team. Our hallmark is the proven ability to manage unique, architecturally significant, and highly technical projects such as museums, performance halls and arts centers, higher education facilities, mixed-use venues, zoological institutions, LEED certified construction, and other culturally significant projects. The Projects Group has a select, qualified staff of design and construction professionals with expertise in all areas of project development, who manage the process and guide the owner through the full scope of development. From the first steps of project development and master planning, all the way through completion of construction and opening of the facility, we offer our expertise to the owner and bring added value to the project team. We solely provide owner’s representation and project management services, which eliminates any risk of bias, as our primary focus is to represent clients in establishing and managing the best team. We do not lease, own, operate, finance, design, or construct facilities, so we have one goal in mind: the success of the vision of our clients' projects.
