As an employment advisor, I often over achieve my target of helping so many clients find sustainable employment. As a facilitator, my role was to deliver a tailored employability package to groups of up to 20 clients of all ages and backgrounds for 2 weeks at a time, my only measure was how many of the clients found work up to 6 weeks after completion of the programme.
