As Head of Talent Research, I lead a team of Directors, Managers and Consultants across bespoke mapping, search, and pipelining projects across all sectors and geographies.As part of the Senior Leadership team, reporting to the Joint Managing Directors, responsibilities include:• Delivering a high standard of research across all assignments and ownership of project lifecycles.• To lead and oversee the performance and delivery of the Research team.• Strong client management.• Effective team management.• Work closely with the Joint Managing Directors and Business Development Directors to help create effective solutions for clients.• Act as a ‘Delivery Ambassador’ for the business.Talent Insight Group is a partner of choice for organisations wishing to make informed strategic talent and business decisions.
