Lead all human resources and safety responsibilities for the company's North American division manufacturing facilities and business offices.

Responsible for employee relations, staffing, benefits administration, compensation, management development, and technical training for approximately 300 non-union employees, scientists, and other professionals for the company’s newest manufacturing facility. Manage 5 direct reports.• Lead regional and national recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent for the organization.• Partner with line management to create and maintain a positive motivational climate in which employees can flourish and enable site success. Advocate for all employees in balance with the needs of the company.• Manage the administration of corporate benefit programs for all site employees.• Direct all management development and technical training efforts to enable a highly competent workforce.
