I am a law professor at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where I currently teach classes on law and technology, administrative law, and contracts. My research focuses primarily on the history and evolution of communications law and technologies, with a particular focus on the historical development of Internet and FCC regulatory policy. I previously taught for several years at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law where I taught law and technology, intellectual property, and administrative law. Prior to teaching, I worked at Covington & Burling LLP in Washington DC in the communications and litigation practice groups and clerked for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals in Louisville, KY.
