I was responsible for the product development of Symyx's first large scale product based on proprietary MEMS sensor technology. I am involved in developing the entire product value chain, from concept development to supply chain qualification. The first releasable application is for an Oil Condition Sensor for Hella AG, key supplier to BMW and other.

Worked as an independent consultant provided Design Strategy services as well as design innovation education and training. Clients include Symyx Technologies, IBM Global Services, Stanford University, Helsinki University of Art and Design, Helsinki Technical University, and Helsinki School of Economics.

Deployed to England to act as the MASINT Collections Manager for Operation Allied Force, the liberation of Kosovo. Prior to my arrival, no MASINT Collection or Explotation capability existed. In the short time I was there, I not only set up the entire MASINT collections infrastructure but also pioneered several sensor fusion products in support of.

Starting as an infrared analyst, I was promoted to manage the Technical Intelligence requirements for the then $18 billion Space Based Infrared System, a next generation missle warning satellite program. I also managed the development of a multimillion exploitation environment and managed the transition of classified programs from R&D into operational use.
